What kind of animals do you accept? 
We take all kinds of animals. You can send a photo of your dog, cat, horse, bird, elephant, you name it! Everything is possible; we can even do humans. Human together with pets.

What is the size of the pendant? 
The pendant is around 1.2 inches (3cm).

What are the photo guidelines?
- High quality photo, so not blurry; most photos taken with a modern smartphone will do the trick.  
- All of the contours need to be clearly visible
- Good lighting, so no dark photos 
- The whole head or body must be visible 

Please note that all of our example photos were originally of high quality. It is your responsibility to upload a high quality photo.

 

SHIPPING

How much are the shipping costs? 
We offer free worldwide shipping! 

Will I receive a tracking number? 
Absolutely! Once we submit your package to the shipping carrier, we'll email you the tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, it takes about 1-5 days to activate. 

When will I receive my order? 
Our artisans need about 5-7 days to handcraft your personalized item. Once they are finished, please allow 12-16 business days for your order to arrive (varies by location). We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including COVID-19) deliveries may be delayed. Please note that Junikio cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. (However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!) We are not responsible for incorrectly given address information. If the customer does not receive his package as a result, we will not issue a refund!

We ship to every country in the world. 

 

RETURNS

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
As all of our products are custom made especially for you, we cannot accept returns. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@junikio.com and we'll do what we can to find a solution for you. 

Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
